Alan F. Feldman, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Feldman also serves Senior Vice President of Resource America, the parent company of Resource Real Estate. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Feldman was a vice president at Lazard, Freres & Co., an investment banking firm, specializing in real estate advisory work, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and asset and portfolio transactions. From 1992 through 1998 Mr. Feldman was an Executive Vice President of the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and its predecessor, The Rubin Organization, where he was responsible for the firm's 20 million square feet of managed retail properties. Previously, from 1990 to 1992 Mr. Feldman had been a Director at Strouse, Greenberg & Co., a regional full service real estate company. From 1986 through 1988, Mr. Feldman was an engineer at Squibb Corporation. Mr. Feldman received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Tufts University and a Master of Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance concentration, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
David E. Bloom, President. Mr. Bloom serves as Senior Vice President of Resource America, Inc. since 2001 and has been President of Resource Real Estate, Inc. (Resource America’s wholly owned real estate subsidiary), since 2004. Mr. Bloom is also President of Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary that originates and invests in commercial real estate debt, since 2005. Mr. Bloom was a Senior Vice President of Colony Capital, LLC, the real estate private equity fund manager, as well as a Principal of Colony Capital Asia Pacific from 1999 through 2001. While at Colony, Mr. Bloom was responsible for the identification, evaluation and consummation of new investments and actively participated in the firm’s capital and debt raising efforts. From 1998 through 1999, Mr. Bloom was a Director of Sonnenblick-Goldman Company, the real estate investment bank, where he advised clients in complex debt and equity transactions and also directed the company’s private equity activities. From 1992 through 1998, Mr. Bloom practiced law in the real estate and corporate departments of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher in New York and Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia. Mr. Bloom began his real estate career in 1987 as an Acquisitions and Development Associate with Strouse, Greenberg & Company, a regional full-service real estate company based in Philadelphia. Mr. Bloom earned a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law.
Kevin M. Finkel, President, Resource Capital Partners, Inc. Mr. Finkel also serves as Executive Vice President, Director of Acquisitions for Resource Real Estate, Inc. and also serves as Vice President of Resource America, the parent company of Resource Real Estate. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Finkel was at Lehman Brothers until 2000. Mr. Finkel started his career as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities in 1994, and later worked at Barclays Capital. Mr. Finkel received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree with a Real Estate and Finance concentration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Steven J. Kessler, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kessler has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Resource America since 1997. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Kessler was Vice President-Finance and Acquisitions at Kravco Company, a national shopping center developer and operator. From 1983 through 1994, Mr. Kessler was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Strouse Greenberg & Co., Inc. and Vice President-Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at its successor, The Rubin Organization. Before that Mr. Kessler was a Partner at the international accounting and consulting firm of Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP). Mr. Kessler received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Temple University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark A. Arencibia, CPA, Vice President, Debt Asset Management. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Arencibia was the Chief Financial Officer for Freedman Cohen Development LLC, a local real estate property management and development company, from 2002 to 2007 where he lead the finance department. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Arencibia was a supervising senior accountant at the national accounting firm KPMG LLP. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Arencibia was a senior accountant at the national accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Mr. Arencibia is a member of the New Jersey Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Arencibia received a Bachelor of Science from Rowan University and a Master of Science, Taxation concentration, from Seton Hall University.
Kimberly Brooks, Accounts Payable Specialist. Ms. Brooks previously worked at Brandywine Realty as an Assistant Accounting Manager. Ms. Brooks received an Associates Degree in Accounting from Peirce College and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Adam Cooper, Analyst. Mr. Cooper is an analyst for the whole loan origination platform in Los Angeles. He was previously a financial analyst for Cooper Capital Partners based in Newport Beach, California. Mr. Cooper received his Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from the University of Michigan.
Christopher F. Finley, Vice President, Asset Management. Mr. Finley joined Resource Real Estate in 2007 from The Goldenberg Group where he served as Vice President of Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Finley served as a Assistant Vice President of Asset Management for Combined Properties located in Washington, DC. Mr. Finley received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Guelph located in Ontario, Canada and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. In addition, Mr. Finley is a registered landscape architect in the State of Maryland.
Ann Fitzpatrick, CPA, Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Ms. Fitzpatrick served as an Audit Manager for the accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP. Ms. Fitzpatrick also served as an audit supervisor for the accounting firm of RSM McGladrey, Inc. Ms. Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Fairfield University.
Annika Fridolf, Vice President, Acquisitions. Ms. Fridolf started her career as an Analyst with Catella, the Swedish-based market leader in property-related transactions in the Nordic region, where she focused on transaction structures and conversions of multi-family properties into condominiums. Ms. Fridolf received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree with a Finance concentration from Gothenburg University, Sweden.
Stuart B. Galkin, Vice President and Director of Investor Communication. From March 2005 until August 2007, Mr. Galkin served as Vice President - Asset Management overseeing a multifamily real estate portfolio in excess of 5,000 units throughout the United States. Previously, Mr. Galkin was the Assistant General Manager for Franklin Mills from October 2003 until joining Resource Real Estate. Previously he served as Property Manager, Berwind Property Group from August 2001 until October 2003. In addition, Mr. Galkin was the owner and general manager of The Mail Room, packaging and shipping retail stores in Southern New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Glassboro State College (now known as Rowan University) and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Mr. Galkin is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, American Apartment Association, National Multi-Family Housing Council and hold a New Jersey Real Estate License.
Kyle Geoghegan, Managing Director, RRE Funding, Inc. Mr. Geoghegan co-manages the loan origination platform for RREF and is based in Los Angeles. RREF originates and invests in commercial real estate debt and has closed over $1 billion of transactions over the last year. Prior to joining RREF in 2006, Mr. Geoghegan was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns and co-managed the Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage office in Los Angeles which originated over $1 billion of loans annually. Mr. Geoghegan joined Bear Stearns in 1998. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Mr. Geoghegan spent four years as a real estate loan officer at PNC Bank in Philadelphia, PA primarily originating construction and bridge loans. Mr. Geoghegan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. In addition, Mr. Geoghegan received a Master of Business Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University.
Noelina Graham, Senior Accountant. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Ms. Graham was a Senior Account with the Philadelphia Housing Authority with the City of Philadelphia. Ms. Graham received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola College.
Jason Greco, Staff Accountant. From 2003 through mid 2006, Mr. Greco was a Staff Accountant at Bowman & Company, LLP. Mr. Greco received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
Marshall P. Hayes, Vice President, Acquisitions. Mr. Hayes joined Resource Real Estate in September 2006. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Mr. Hayes was Vice President of Transactions for AIMCO, a Denver-based multifamily REIT. Prior to joining AIMCO (from 1998 - 2004), Mr. Hayes worked for investment banking firm Lazard LLC, in New York, where he was a member of the real estate investment banking group. Christopher Hetzel, Analyst, Debt Asset Management. Mr. Hetzel is a member of the Debt Asset Management team and is responsible for asset management and monitoring. Prior joining Resource Real Estate he was a Construction Loan Administrator with Wachovia. Mr. Hetzel graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Widener University.
Todd R. Jaycox, Vice President, Acquisitions. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Jaycox served as Vice President – Investments at AIMCO, a Denver-based multifamily REIT. Mr. Jaycox spent 2003 and 2004 as an Associate at Preferred Real Estate Investments, a Philadelphia-based developer and operator of commercial real estate. Mr. Jaycox began his career in the securities industry, working as a consultant with Ibbotson Associates (now part of Morningstar) from 1995 to 1997 and as an equity research analyst at William Blair & Company from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Jaycox received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics with distinction from The University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Christin Kerfoot, CPA, Assistant Controller. From 2002 through mid 2005, Ms. Kerfoot was a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche, LP. Ms. Kerfoot received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Douglass College, Rutgers University and Master of Science in Accounting from Rider University.
John Lee, Vice President - RRE Funding, Inc. Prior to joining RREF in 2005, Mr. Lee was a Senior Associate at Blackheath Financial LLC, a full service real estate finance consulting firm, specializing in underwriting commercial real estate loans. Prior to joining Blackheath, Mr. Lee was a Financial Analyst with Time Equities, Inc., a privately held, full-service real estate company, where he was responsible for portfolio level reporting and budgeting. Mr. Lee began his career in 1996 as an Associate at Credit Suisse. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelors of Engineering from The Cooper Union, and a Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
S. Bradford Long, Financial Analysis, Acquisitions. Mr. Long began his career in 2003 as an actuarial analyst for a Philadelphia based insurance company. Mr. Long received a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business.
Edward McCarron, Senior Accountant. From 2004 through March of 2006, Mr. McCarron was an accounting manager for Paone Woodworking Company. He was also a senior accountant for Parente Randolph, Mark Shavell, CPA and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC from 1998 through 2004. Mr. McCarron received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tempe University.
Yvana L. Melini, Vice President of Debt Asset Management. Ms Melini is responsible for overseeing the asset management of the RRE Funding, Inc. commercial real estate debt portfolio. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Ms. Melini served for over 6 years as a Vice President of both the Asset Management and CMBS Credit Administration groups for Capmark Finance, Inc. (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation). Prior to her employment with Capmark, Ms. Melini served as Senior Underwriter for the Northeast Commercial Real Estate Lending division of Washington Mutual Bank. Ms. Melini has also privately consulted on various due diligence projects for large institutional investors and B-Piece buyers within the CMBS marketplace. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Stuart Newbill, Senior Accountant. From 2004-2006 Mr. Newbill was a Senior Financial Analyst and Cost Accountant for Rhein Chemie Corporation. Mr. Newbill received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University.
Monica Paek, Senior Analyst, RRE Funding, Inc. Ms. Paek is the analyst for the whole loan origination platform based in Los Angeles. She was previously an analyst at Credit Suisse in New York, where she was responsible for real estate portfolio level valuation and reporting. Ms. Paek started her real estate career as an associate with Standard & Poor’s Corporate Valuation Consulting division in the real estate group. Ms. Paek graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Darshan Patel, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Patel was associated with the law firm of Berman, Paley, Goldstein & Kannry, practicing commercial litigation and real estate. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Patel was associated with the law firm of Glynn & Associates, practicing litigation and real estate. Mr. Patel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. He also received a Juris Doctor degree from American University's Washington College of Law.
Thomas C. Powers, Vice President, RRE Funding, Inc. Mr. Powers serves as senior underwriter responsible for investment origination and all aspects of transaction management, including underwriting and structuring of the investments. Within this role Mr. Powers incorporates over 15 years of commercial real estate, workout and risk management experience. He joined Resource Real Estate from Merrill Lynch, where he was a senior member of the real estate credit risk management and workout group. Previously, Mr. Powers worked for UBS Investment Bank where he worked within their project finance group. Mr. Powers received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Iona College and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Management from Fordham University.
Steven Saltzman, Vice President, Controller. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Saltzman was Controller at WP Realty, Inc., a regional developer and property manager specializing in community shopping centers. Mr. Saltzman began his real estate career in 1988 as a Property Controller at The Rubin Organization, a predecessor to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust. Mr. Saltzman began his professional career at Price Waterhouse from 1985 to 1988. Mr. Saltzman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Saltzman is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Michael Strug, Vice President, RRE Funding, Inc. Mr. Strug is on the whole loan origination platform for RREF and is based in New York. Prior to joining RREF in June 2007, Mr. Strug was Assistant Vice President at Israel Discount Bank's Commercial Real Estate Lending Group primarily originating construction and short-term bridge loans. Prior to joining Israel Discount Bank in 2005, Mr. Strug was an Investment Officer for Assurant, Inc., originating small loans on stabilized commercial properties nationwide. Mr. Strug previously was employed with TIAA-CREF for over 3 years, primarily originating long-term fixed rate commercial loans nationwide. Mr. Strug graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University School of Business.
Kelli Tomczak, Assistant Controller. From 2000 through mid 2004, Ms. Tomczak was a Senior Accountant at Simonson, Lipschutz & Fogel, P.C. Ms. Tomczak received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from King's College.
Diane F. Townsend, Paralegal/TIC Coordinator. Prior to joining Resource Real Estate, Ms. Townsend was a paralegal with the Ledgewood law firm where she supported the real estate law department with an emphasis on Tenant-in-Common closings from 2005. Prior to Ledgewood she worked for the law firm of Albert Rago, Esquire in Moorestown, NJ. A Ms. Townsend received an Associate in Applied Science Paralegal Studies from Gloucester County College.
Debbie Trucksess, Accounting Manager. From 1999 through 2003, Ms. Trucksess was an Accounting Manager at LEAF Financial Corporation. Ms. Trucksess was also an Equipment Remarketing Specialist with LEAF Financial Corporation from 1993 to 1998. Ms. Trucksess received an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Bucks County Community College.
Missie Walker, Analyst, RRE Funding, Inc. Ms. Walker is responsible for underwriting, investment monitoring, and reporting. Ms. Walker graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Trinity College.
Shelle Weisbaum, Vice President and General Counsel of Resource Real Estate, Inc. Ms. Weisbaum joined Resource Real Estate in 2006 from Ledgewood, where she practiced commercial real estate law as a partner of the firm. While at Ledgewood, Ms. Weisbaum acted as the company’s primary legal counsel since 1998. Prior to Ledgewood, Ms. Weisbaum was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange. Ms Weisbaum received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University.
Victor Wang, Vice President, Acquisitions / Asset Management. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Wang was Vice President, Financing and Dispositions at Sonnenblick-Goldman Company. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Wang was an Asset Manager at NorthStar Presidio Management Company, an asset management arm of Northstar Capital Investment Corp. From 1994 to 1998 Mr. Wang was an Asset Manager and Senior Analyst at Newkirk Odin Management Company, an asset management company specializing in the management of highly leveraged net lease and operating real estate. Mr. Wang started his real estate career in the PaineWebber Direct Investment Department in 1989. Mr. Wang received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computing, Management and Accounting from Herbert Lehman College.
Samuel J. Zell, Financial Analyst - Acquisitions. Mr. Zell began his career in 2004 as a Project Manager for Ryan Homes, a Virginia-based national homebuilder, where he was responsible for the construction of single-family home developments. Mr. Zell received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute.
David L. Zive, Vice President and Director of Legal for Resource Real Estate Funding, Inc., an affiliate of Resource Real Estate. Mr. Zive joined Resource Real Estate in 2007 from Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP, where he practiced law as a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Group in Philadelphia since 2000. Prior to joining Klehr Harrison, Mr. Zive practiced real estate, finance and corporate law in Philadelphia, from 1989 to 2000, at Dilworth Paxson LLP, Adelman Lavine Gold and Levin, and Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP. Mr. Zive received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law.
