Property Location:
RRE continuously examines all growing markets in the United States where the current real estate fundamentals are strong for multifamily properties. Cities that are attracting young, educated renters are of particular interest to RRE. These cities typically exhibit a "buzz", that is, cities that have an excitement, open-mindedness, a thriving nightlife and an overall atmosphere conducive to creativity. Within each city, RRE typically invests in infill locations proximate to high-income areas that are centrally located and offer easy access to employment centers and recreational opportunities. Furthermore, proximity to colleges and universities are of particular interest to RRE.
Transaction Size:
Generally transaction sizes are over $10 million.
Transaction Structure:
Typically properties are delivered free and clear of debt; however, RRE will consider assumption of existing financing if the terms are agreeable.
